Grant's Flicka of Stillwaters

Flicka is everything I wanted in a dog.  She would lay on the front porch if there was no work to be done, undemanding and sweet. With her ears neatly pricked up, she would scan the sky for any hawks that might threaten the chickens while keeping an eye on the coop at the edge of the woods near the house.

Stillwaters Bonnie Lass

Bonnie joined us as a puppy.  She has always been the quiet one, willing to submit to whatever the other dogs wanted.  She is definitely the dog that we find quietly by our side!

Grant's Cherokee of Stillwaters

Cherokee is a half-sister to Flicka.  She was a sparkly-eyed little puppy from the start and has proven herself to be an affectionate adult.

Stillwaters Gunnar

Gunnar, has rounded out Flicka’s quick movements so well! He is our thoughtful companion dog. He is nearly always at our side when we step out of the house, whether it be day or night! Not that wet-nose-in-the-hand sort of way, but he likes to accompany us wherever we go.
